Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, based on the original tracking confirmation date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
Items returned with visible wear, damage, or missing components not due to our error will not be accepted. Any item returned beyond the 30-day window is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Some products may be designated as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase. These will be clearly marked on the product page or during checkout.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after that timeframe:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, styles, or colors. Please ensure your order is correct before completing checkout.
To request an exchange for a damaged item, contact us at support@pastpastpast.com with your order number and photos of the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
