SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or in your order confirmation, all orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During peak periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Note: Processing time is separate from transit time.

Domestic Shipping

We ship all U.S. orders via UPS or USPS.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via UPS International or USPS International. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Fees

All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges vary by location and are not included in your order total. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Delivery Issues

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. The customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues.

We are unable to assist with missing package inquiries more than 30 days after the delivery date.
